°µÍø½ûÇø and the Frankford-Northeast Philadelphia Rotary Club teamed up for a Drive-By Collection of medical supplies that was held on the University campus on Thursday, June 17.
Four °µÍø½ûÇø School of Education alumni—Dana Laut ’00, Kimberly Pellak-Tana M’01, Juan Namnun M’04, and Sharon Hall M’09—have been named recipients of the 2021 Lindback Awards for Distinguished Teachers.
 This event is sponsored by the Frankford Northeast Philadelphia Rotary Club and °µÍø½ûÇø
°µÍø½ûÇø will celebrate graduates with commencement ceremonies at the undergraduate and graduate levels on May 15-16, 2021.
Ceremonies will be held outdoors under a tent at the Newtown campus location.
The °µÍø½ûÇø Core Values Award Selection Committee and the Student Engagement Office have announced the 2021 Core Values Award and Student Engagement Office Award Recipients:
On April 17, °µÍø½ûÇøâ€™s Social and Behavioral Sciences Association (SBSA) hosted the Out of the Darkness Campus Walk, sponsored by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), to raise awareness of suicide and mental health issues.
Recipients will be honored during Alumni Reunion 2020 & 2021 on Saturday, May 22, 2021
Sister Francesca Onley, 88, a Sister of the Holy Family of Nazareth for 71 years, passed away April 17 in Philadelphia. She served as the president and chief administrative officer of °µÍø½ûÇø in Philadelphia beginning in 1981 until her retirement in 2014 at the age of 81.
