Policy Statement
做厙輦⑹ is committed to providing a workplace and educational environment, as well as other benefits, programs, and activities, that are free from Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation. 做厙輦⑹ has adopted the Policy Prohibiting Discrimination and Harassment in order to advance its goal of maintaining an environment free of Discrimination, Harassment, and related Retaliation.
做厙輦⑹ values and upholds the equal dignity of all members of its community and strives to balance the rights of the parties in the grievance process during what is often a difficult time for all those involved.

- Other federal, state, and local laws (collectively, civil rights laws)
做厙輦⑹ encourages individuals who have been affected by Discrimination, Harassment, and/or Retaliation to promptly make a Report to 做厙輦⑹ using any of the reporting options described in its Policy. 做厙輦⑹ will respond promptly and equitably to all Reports of Discrimination, Harassment, and/or Retaliation, and will take appropriate steps to eliminate the behavior, prevent its recurrence, and address its effects.

Policy Prohibiting Discrimination and Harassment
Policy Application
The behavioral expectations of this Policy apply to all 做厙輦⑹ Students, employees, trustees, officers, applicants for admission or employment, volunteers, independent contractors, and other individuals participating or attempting to participate in 做厙輦⑹s Education Program or Activity. The behavioral expectations of this Policy further apply to any alleged Prohibited Conduct that impacts the 做厙輦⑹ community and/or 做厙輦⑹'s Education Program or Activity wherever it occurs, including on campus, off campus, and online.
When the Respondent is a member of the 做厙輦⑹ community, a grievance process may be available regardless of the status of the Complainant, who may or may not be a member of the 做厙輦⑹ community. This community includes, but is not limited to, students, student organizations, faculty, administrators, staff, and third parties such as guests, visitors, volunteers, invitees, and campers. The procedures below may be applied to incidents, to patterns, and/or to the campus climate, all of which may be addressed and investigated in accordance with this policy.
The requirements and protections of this policy apply equally regardless of sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or other protected classes covered by federal or state law. All requirements and protections are equitably provided to individuals regardless of such status or status as a Complainant, Respondent, or Witness.
