- for all students applying for a Direct Federal Loan, select Loans and Grants to complete a Master Promissory Note (MPN) for the Direct Federal Loan and Entrance Counseling.
For applicants of a Direct Federal PLUS Loan (parents of dependent undergraduate students and graduate students who wish to apply for this in addition to their Direct Federal Loan), select Loans and Grants to apply for a Direct Federal PLUS Loan. If approved, then complete the Direct Federal PLUS Loan Master Promissory Note.
