Design Project

Use this form to begin your design project (e.g., flyers, posters, advertisements, brochures, and more) and to request screen slides for campus-wide information and updates.

Email  

°µÍø½ûÇø faculty and staff may use this form to request an email to select audiences within the University community. Examples include art exhibits, research conferences, University-wide events or programs, or information relevant to the community. These messages will be distributed via a weekly digest to the appropriate audience(s).

Note: Please submit all "This Week @ HFU" and "What's Poppin'" requests no later than Thursday at noon to be included in the email that goes out the following Monday.

Social Media Account Request

All university stakeholders must receive approval for the establishment of a University social media account. Prior to requesting or creating an account, please review the °µÍø½ûÇø Social Media Guidelines to ensure that you are sufficiently resourced to support an account.

Faculty and staff may use this form to promote your upcoming events, news, participation in conferences or research presentations, new programs, and more. You can request for messages to be posted on Holy Family's social media channels and the Marketing & Communications team will distribute your posts on the appropriate channel(s).
